Shop - Winter 2025 Group Training


HER STRENGTH

Her Strength is small group training program for women* of all fitness abilities. Over the course of 5 weeks, participants will learn the fundamentals of training and programming, while making lasting connections with others. Sessions will cover reps/sets/rest, breathing and tempo, compound versus isolation movements, exercise order, progressive overload, and exercise selection, leaving participants feeling strong and empowered in their approach to exercise.

2x per week for 5 weeks participants will meet as a small group with a female trainer to review lifts, program creation and basic nutrition. Sessions are weekly on Sundays 4:15-5:15pm and Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm in the Athletic Complex at the Waterloo Campus. The 10 sessions begin Sunday January 26th, 2025 and complete on Wednesday March 5th, 2025. There will be no sessions during reading week (Feb 15-22, 2025). There will be a session on Sunday Feb 23rd.
