This form must be completed in its entirety. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Please note that completion of this application does not guarantee approval or availability of space. All requests will be reviewed and contacted within three business days to discuss the rental and associated costs. Those renting our facilities must adhere to our booking and facility requirements and Wilfrid Laurier University policies.

Booking Requirements

Additional charges may be added to the overall cost of an event or booking if extra support, equipment, or furniture is required. Additional fees will be determined in advance based on the booking request and event plans outlined.
