This class is open to young adults with developmental disabilities the in the KW community. This class is about creating a positive atmosphere for everyone involved through dance. Participants are paired with current Laurier student volunteers to learn different movement patterns, have fun and develop a sense of community. Participants will have the option of taking part in the Recreation Dance Performance Showcase with their new friends!

This class is a combination of acrobatics and dance. Learn how to develop acrobatic skills with strength and flexibility. This is an advanced class and previous experience is required.

In consideration of approval to participate in such activity, I and any personal representative, hold harmless, release and forever discharge Wilfrid Laurier University and Department of Athletics and Recreation, their directors, officers, faculty, staff, students, volunteers, agents, trainees, or employees from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, and demands for damages, loss or injury, resulting from or arising out of my participation in such activities. I also indemnify and save harmless Wilfrid Laurier University and Department of Athletics and Recreation from any and all actions, causes of actions, demands, expenses or losses whatsoever which they may bear as a result of my participation in such activities, by reason of damage to any and all property and any and all personal injuries, including death of others or myself.
